People Watching In New Orleans

I spent the day walking around the historic downtown area in New Orleans to take photographs of everything I came across.  I could spend hours and days just observing the people of the area and activities going on.  The photographs might tell you a bit about my day.

It's a wonderful place and it's almost like you've stepped back in time or stepped into a movie set.

Either way, it's people watching paradise.

All excellent shots but the one with the 2 little girls is just beautiful! I haven't seen New Orleans in almost 40 years but I'd bet, despite the years and Katrina, a lot of the historic district remains the same.

What a great set of pictures. You've outdid yourself again. It is always interesting to see where you wind up after a few days of silence.

Awesome photos! I love the one with the girl playing the violin with the bright hair. Lovely!
I have never had a desire to go to New Orleans but I have to admit your pictures make me rethink this. I might just have to make a trip down there sometime.
